Sales Tax
Sales tax is only applied to orders that will ship to or picked up in Indiana or Kentucky.
Shipping
99 percent of our products are in-stock and will ship the next business day. In cases where items will not ship in a timely manner, you will be notified within 24 hours. We only ship to the CONTINENTAL U.S. If you would like to arrange your own shipping please feel free to do so.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Check by fax or money order payments may also be accepted. Please inform your customer service representative regarding your preferred method of payment. All payment information is DESTROYED after purchase.
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel an order, its best to do so before it ships out. Call us immediately if you decide to cancel an order, we will follow up with you by e-mail with a cancelation number. If the order has shipped out, it will be treated as a return with the customer responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges. Orders can only be cancelled Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.
Money Back Guarantee
Upon receipt of your merchandise, if you are not satisfied with the product, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Purchaser will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges. You will receive credit for your order when the returned merchandise is received at our warehouse, in the same condition the material was originally shipped.
Warranty Information
Most of our FIRST QUALITY products carry manufacturer warranty against defects in the product under normal usage conditions. SECONDS and IRREGULARS do not carry any manufacturer waranty. Please speak with a customer service representative for more in-depth warranty information on the specific product you are ordering. Please note SECOND quality material may require more waste calculation than other material.
Freight Damage
All merchandise ships directly from our warehouse. Damaged merchandise will be replaced at our discretion. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect ALL shipments received from Floors To Your Home. Claims for damage or shortages must be made upon receipt of product. Do not install defective product, use constitutes acceptance. If any merchandise is found damaged upon receipt from the freight company, simply refuse the shipment or mark the delivery carriers paperwork and store the damaged product until claim is resolved.. If your order is shipped via FedEx or UPS, any freight claims must be filed directly with the carrier within 24 hours prior to calling us for replacement merchandise.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Floors To Your Home carefully inspect all products when they arrive our warehouse from the manufacturer and we carefully inspect the products before we ship them to you. It is very important for you to inspect the merchandise when the delivery truck arrives. Make sure the number of cartons is correct and make sure the label on the carton matches your order. If you see any damage to the product, make sure you note this on the shipping manifest. This is extremely important since claims can be denied if damage is not reported at the time of delivery.
If you think you have a manufacturing defect, please call our office at 1-800-804-5251 during normal business hours to report it. We will ask for pictures showing the problems that you are describing.
Please inspect all merchandise carefully for any manufacturer defects before it is installed. Floors To Your Home cannot be responsible for any labor charges once the material is installed.
Acclimation
Allow flooring to acclimate in the installation area for 3-7 days. It is the installer's responsibility to determine acceptability of the moisture level.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change at any time. Pricing errors can occasionally occur at checkout due to computer errors. We are not responsible for these pricing errors and you will be notified of any discrepancies when a customer service representative contacts you regarding your quote. PRICES REFLECT ANY ADVERTISED PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS. From time to time discount coupon codes may be used to get further discounts.

Returns
At Floors To Your Home we work hard to provide the best customer service in the industry. If you have merchandise that you want to return to us, please read the following which should provide all the information you should need.
The minimum carton return is four. That should not be a problem since having extra material on hand is always a safe bet just in case of an emgergency you need some extra flooring. All returned cartons must be unopened and factory sealed. You are responsible for all freight charges both inbound and outbound. If merchandise was delivered during our FREE FREIGHT promotion, customer will be responsible for delivered freight. All returns must be received by us within 30 days of the original order. Special order products (including trim) is not able to be returned.
If you received the wrong merchandise, send us an e-mail at customerservice@floorstoyourhome.com and include a picture of the item showing the labels on the cartons. We will correct the problem immediately.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be permitted for credit towards products of equal or greater value, within 30 days of receipt without a restocking charge. Blow-Out Specials are excluded. Product must be in the original condition and have been properly stored. Installed flooring is considered the property of the owner/installer and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason. Any shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Flooring Images
Although we try extremely hard to reproduce the exact flooring colors, the colors shown may vary in color from the actual flooring. This is due to different monitors being used to view the pictures, scan and image quality. Our pictures are only meant to help guide you with your color choices.
